Similar to the Hybrid approach but in this case Hazox licensing is offered as a traditional purchase of software licenses: This solution is adapted to your needs and includes the option of the following modules:

  • Hazox® Core™ – Single Site License (includes 3 document authors & unlimited users)
  • Product labelling module: Create manage and print product labels. This module produces labels integrating both product data (batch/lot #, weights, logos, addresses, barcodes, transportation classification and symbols, etc.) and hazard data (classifications, required symbols, hazard/handling statements) when required. A Hazox®-integrated labeling solution allows for the just-in-time printing of labels that are consistent with the product’s SDS information.
  • Document Access Portal (DAP): Highly configurable security to protect online access to your documents. Often implemented in conjunction with Web Publishing, this module is an online repository for your documents with highly configurable security options. This allows organizations to restrict access of any document to users or user groups of your choosing.
  • Document Dispatch: Distribute SDSs to customers while keeping a history. This module provides an interface to your ERP system, allowing users to send regulatory documents to customers based on actual orders received.
  • Web Publish: Access SDSs via internet or intranet. This module enables the export of your SDSs and other documents to a separate read-only database and directory. It also provides a view-only interface that can be added to your intranet, internet or extranet website, granting view access for your employees, customers, and/or authorized users of your choosing, using a standard web browser.
  • BOM (Bill of Materials) Interface: Keep product formulas in sync with your ERP system. The BOM interface keeps your Hazox® Database in sync with product formulation changes in real-time using data from your ERP system. This ensures your SDSs are up-to-date with product changes that may affect the final document and label.
  • Inventory Interface: Link inventory data from your ERP system

This module enables Hazox® to track your inventory data in real time, allowing you to generate local, state and federal chemical inventory reports whenever necessary.

Upon go-live of your Hazox system, our Support & Maintenance agreement ensures that you have access to the latest documentation and system updates when needed.  There are many valuable benefits of maintaining an active Hazox® support & maintenance agreement, including:

  1. Free upgrades to the software: Any customer may receive free of charge the latest version of the software at no cost, which contains patches and new features with enhanced capabilities.
  2. Help desk support during regular business hours: This assistance includes web assisted changes in your environment while you watch.
  3. Updates to the software and supported data as required by regulatory changes: This is an invaluable service as regulations change (e.g. Global Harmonization (GHS) in the U.S., the passage of new state-specific reporting requirements for a list of substances, etc.).
  4. Access to the Hazox Customer Portal: Our customer portal provides an easy way to submit and track your requests to our Help Desk team. Additionally, the portal provides access to our knowledge base of helpful tips, user guides, and other documentation.
