This option gives you access to the full Hazox software as a managed service provided via a monthly subscription. The benefits of the hybrid approach are as follows:
- Allows you to build a database of formulas by means of full access to the authoring software and all its modules, with both a testing environment and a production environment at a significantly reduced upfront cost. The Hybrid solution is set up on a network created by Hazox for your exclusive use. This network can be deployed with a full software solution in under one day.
- The software can be integrated into your ERP system using a point to point tunnel, keeping your formulas up to date as and when formulation changes happen (not required).
- SDS compliance costs are reduced. Changes in country regulations (for example the update for the US in 2019), once applied to the system will be applied to all products quickly, meaning that your SDSs and Labels will remain compliant without the need to reauthor each individual SDS. This is an automated process.
- As new products are developed, the formulas can be added into the system quickly and compliant SDSs and labels generated for over 80 countries at the touch of a button. Once the formula is in, the system takes care of the rest.
- SDSs can be distributed from the system using the dispatch module or published for use both internally and externally via the Document Access Portal and Web Publish module.
- The Test database can be used to design and create new products. You may have a new formulation you want to look at, but need to keep the product non-hazardous, you can use the test system to calculate the classifications before spending time and money on creating these experimental products. Once perfected in Test, these can then be migrated to Production.
